Liquatic.com was founded by Will Pheagin who currently resides in Greensboro, NC. I am that man. I focus mainly on web design, templates, tutorials, graphics design, and photography. I am currently a freshman in college, majoring in Information Technologies and web design. My hobbies include owning in Halo 3 (which happens to be an awesome game by the way), talking to friends, and making graphics.
I’ve recently become involved in photography, and I must say I love it. It’s great to just get away from it all for a little while, and be in your own peace of mind.
